FAQ
Do I need to book?
No need to book just pop down and check in at the office.
What baits are good?
Maggots are great for catching everything. Luncheon meat and pellets work exceptionally well for the bigger species including carp. If you opt for boilies, strong smelling good quality over a pva bag with crushed boilies, particles and pellets work well.
How do I pay?
We don’t have the ability to accept card, it is cash on arrival.
Do you have good wheel chair access?
Yes a large majority of our pegs are platforms with paths going to them designed for wheelchair use, we also have a toilet with wheelchair access.
How far are the lakes from where you park?
All lakes have short walks (within 20 meters) but the canal is the closest walk with most pegs within 10 meters of a parking spot.
What lakes are good for someone looking to catch all day or beginners?
The Canal and Chester’s are both great Lakes for busy fishing and beginners, both chocked full of fish providing great fun all day.
